  • Other laboratory testing available include; Mold testing. Heavy metal testing. Adrenal, Thyroid, Reproductive Hormone Testing. Neurotransmitter Testing. Food Sensitivity/Allergy Testing. Comprehensive Stool Analysis. SIBO or Intestinal Permeability Testing. Genetic Testing. Nutritional counseling.
  • After our comprehensive review of your history and current state of well-being, we will be making recommendations that could include treatments like nutritional supplements, herbal remedies, acupuncture, exercise physiology (like physical therapy), hydrotherapy (water treatments), manual manipulation (like chiropractic care), and counseling.

  • Limited to one 30 min office visits per month
  • Limited telehealth visits available (additional fee applies)
  • Home visits available when medically necessary (additional fee applies)
  • Annual physical with basic labs included once a year – Additional labs requested or needed will be offered at a discounted rate.
  • Acute/Chronic condition management including Anxiety and depression
    • Access to a mental health provider who specilizes in LGBTQ+
  • Same day/next day appointments
  • Sexually transmitted infection (STI) testing and treatment
  • HIV testing and prevention with access to PrEP and nPEP, refills as needed
    • 1 mandatory visit for blood work every 3 months if on PrEP.
  • Referral to specialists as necessary
  • Contraceptive management
  • Hormone therapy (Bio-identical hormone medication NOT included)
